I’m writing in this little book
I hope that no one ever looks
Expressing feelings never spoken
Like the feeling of a heart broken
Like a friend leaving
Or a friend receiving
Never knowing what to expect
Never seeing tears wept
I don’t know how this poem ends
Except with wishes everyone sends
