(that inside poem i never did until now)

This was written with inspiration and utter disgust for abuse...
Inide that wine bottle,
is a monster that appears every night.
Distorting your mind,
so that you can't tell wrong from right.
Every last drop is out,
now you beat me with all your might.
I hate that you're stronger,
it makes it all so useless to fight.
You stop for a moment,
but it doesn't last long...it goes on through the night.
You say you're sorry,
but I know it'll never be alright....
